Essi Academy Career Center is a responsible institution that is dedicated to protecting the rights of both the esthetician and the employer.

The operation of our Career Center is as follows:

1. After enrolling in our training programs, our students are added to the candidate list of the center, and their profiles are presented to potential employers.
2. Employers inform the Essi Academy Career Center about the specific qualities they are looking for in an employee.
3. The Career Center manages the interview process between the employer and the student.
4. In the final month of their education, the student starts their passive internship by spending 2 hours per day at the chosen company.
5. At the end of the education, the student can choose to complete their internship at Essi branches or another institution, depending on their preference.
