Identity of Essi Beauty Center and Its Representative, If Any, and Purpose

As Essi Private Education Teaching Import Export Beauty Tourism Health and Cosmetics Industry Trade Joint Stock Company (“Essi Beauty Center”), located at Alsancak Mahallesi Kıbrıs Şehitleri Cadde No: 26/11 Konak İzmir, we attach great importance to the processing and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and take great care to ensure the security of your personal data.

As Essi Beauty Center, with regard to the personal data processed under the Law, we act as the “data controller” and/or “data processor” to the extent appropriate against debtors and representatives of the debtors, in other words, for whom the personal data is processed. In this context, with this information text, we would like to inform you, as debtors and representatives of debtors, about the collection, processing, purposes, methods, and your rights arising from the Law.

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data processed by Essi Beauty Center can be transferred to authorized public institutions and private persons, third parties, real and legal entities, including official and judicial authorities, regulatory and supervisory bodies, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law and within the scope of the purposes specified in this Information Text, with the necessary security measures taken and limited to the purposes specified in this Information Text. The transfer of your personal data abroad is not applicable.

Rights of the Data Subject

In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, as data subjects, you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed,

Request information about the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,

Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,

Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

Requests arising from the Law will be made through the “Personal Data Subject Application Form.” To use the above-mentioned rights, you can fill out the Personal Data Subject Application Form below, including your explanations about the right you request to use and the necessary information identifying your identity, and deliver the signed copy of the form to the address Alsancak Mahallesi Kıbrıs Şehitleri Cadde No: 26/11 Konak in person, through a notary, or to the e-mail address kvkk@essiguzellik.com, or you can send it through other methods to be specified by the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.

Essi Beauty Center, in accordance with Article 13 of the Law, will finalize the application requests, according to their nature, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days, and free of charge. In case of rejection of the request, the reasons for rejection will be explained in writing or electronically.
